Scott Warfield comes to EDS with a BS Electrical Engineering University of Texas at El Paso as well as an MBA from Webster University
He has held senior positions in engineering, facilities operations and construction management and has 30 years of project development and management experience in the United States and overseas.
Scott has been active in renewable energies and renewable energy solutions for the past 5 years and has been actively speaking and educating others on the benefits of various renewable energy sources. His recent positions include:
- Vice President of Construction
- Director of Facilities
- Director of Construction
- Director of Projects
- Senior Manager of Business Development.
He has managed project personally ranging in size from 10s of thousands to $1.5 billion. His projects include
· The concurrent development, design and construction of three 110 million gallon per year ethanol production facilities
· Project development and construction of several ethanol plants, biogas production facilities, wind farms and small solar arrays
· Owner’s engineer and construction manager for the design and construction of a semi conductor fabrication facility in Colorado Springs
· Design and construction of several medium to large power plants in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, California and across the central, Midwest and western United States and numerous utility, government and commercial facilities in southern Europe, Mexico and Australia.
Scott has managed facility audit teams and conducted energy audits, implementing conservation programs, power quality improvements and participated in and spoke at numerous symposiums on power quality and power system design and protection for commercial and industrial facilities.

New Partnership Formed:
EDS and Refrigeration Consultants Inc. have joined forces to provide documentation for Safety Relief Valve (SRV) systems in 11 Food plants. The project will take approx 7 months and will document and recommend design changes for 21 ammonia engine rooms.
